Corrected abstract of judgment filed in Advanced Engineering Solution case

AUSTIN – A corrected abstract of judgment was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division in a case that involves a Northern California corporation.

Andrew Timm and Jet Logic Consultants Inc. sued Akhil Seth and Advanced Engineering Solution Inc., based in San Jose, on Jan. 17, 2014, in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division. The amended final judgment was filed June, 30, 2014.

A corrected abstract of judgment was filed on Jan. 5 in the same court and this abstract states that court fees need to be paid by Advanced Engineering Solutions. That amount came to $12,500, which will be added on to the $19,800 awarded to Jet Logic Consultants, according to the judgment.

Timm received $228,600 from Advanced Engineering Solutions as a part of the case, the suit states. The abstract states that all pending motions are terminated, all relief not expressed is denied and that the case is closed.
