Unknown BitTorrent user alleged to have shared 'London Has Fallen' movie

SAN DIEGO – A film company claims an internet user residing in the court's district has illegally distributed copies of its movie.

LHF Productions Inc. filed a complaint on Aug. 24 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California against Doe-68.7.8.122 alleging copyright infringement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that its film, "London Has Fallen," was exchanged illegally by the defendant on the BitTorrent network.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant, permanent injunction, damages, costs of action, attorney's fees and further relief as the court deems proper. It is represented by James S. Davis in Chula Vista.
