SMAATO alleges Georgia corporation breached contract, owes more than $200,000

SAN FRANCISCO – A San Francisco company alleges a Georgia corporation owes it more than $200,000.

SMAATO Inc. filed a complaint on Sept. 7 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Mobilewalla Inc. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 12, 2014, it and defendant executed a real-time bidding service agreement for media buyers, wherein defendant promised to pay plaintiff certain sums. The suit states that the defendant remains indebted to plaintiff in the sum of $233,327.60 with interest accruing at the rate of 18 percent per annum.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant for the amount owed. It is represented by Ross A. Spector of Spector & Bennett in San Francisco.
