SAN FRANCISCO – A corporation in Turkey alleges it paid a Santa Rosa company for cameras that were never delivered.

Ista Doga Sporlari Dis Ticaret filed a complaint on Sept. 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Liquid Image Co. LLC alleging breach of contract, unjust enrichment and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 22, 2015, it paid for the purchase of Ego 727 and 750 cameras that were being sold by the defendant for $26,120. It alleges that it canceled the order in May 2015 after the defendant did not ship the order, and claims that the defendant has not refunded the purchase.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks relief against defendant, judgment in the sum of $300,000, interest, attorneys' fees, costs and disbursements and other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Peter J. Gleekel and Umut U. Ozturk of Larson King LLP in St. Paul, Minnesota; and Matthew S. Conant and Alexei N. Offill-Klein of Lombardi, Loper & Conant LLP in Oakland.
