LOS ANGELES – A Orange County woman claims that her former restaurant employer failed to provide fair compensation and has filed a class action.
Anna Marie Conroy filed a complaint on Oct. 5 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against
SC Wings Aliso Viejo LLC, SC Wings Block LLC, SC Wings Buena Park LLC, SC Wings Huntington Beach LLC, SC Wings Mission Viejo LLC, Matthew Dragas, Dragas Homes Inc. and Does 1-10
alleging violation of California Labor Codes and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
According to the complaint, the defendants operate several Buffalo Wild Wings locations. The plaintiff alleges that she worked for more than 40 hours per week without being paid any overtime compensation or minimum wages, was not given adequate meal breaks and that the defendants did not keep adequate time records in violation of the FLSA and state law.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks award all unpaid compensation to plaintiff including unpaid business expenditures, liquidated damages, interest, all legal fees, enjoin the defendants, restitution, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just.
