CALIFORNIA — An employee is suing Aetna Life Insurance Co., DOES 1 through 10, insurance firm, citing alleged breach of contract.

David Longinotti filed a complaint on Oct. 11, in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against the defendants alleging that they denied plaintiff's claim for disability benefits.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that, in November 2015, he became disabled and applied for long-term disability benefits but was denied. The plaintiff holds Aetna Life Insurance Co., DOES 1 through 10 responsible because the defendants allegedly upheld their decision to deny plaintiff's disability benefits despite his appeal.

The plaintiff seeks all benefits due to plaintiff, all legal fees and any other relief this court deems just. He is represented by Charles J. Fleishman and Paul A. Fleishman of The Fleishman Law Firm in Woodland Hills.
