SAN FRANCISCO – An installer for an El Segundo company alleges that his employer failed to provide fair compensation to him for his work.

Joshua Cobb filed a complaint on behalf of all others similarly situated on Oct. 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against DirecTV LLC; AT&T Services Inc. and Does 1-25 alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and California labor codes.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he worked without being paid a minimum wage, was not paid overtime wages or given adequate meal breaks.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks general and compensatory damages, restitution of all monies due, statutory penalties, interest, all legal fees and any other relief the court deems just. He is represented by Marvin E. Krakow and Michael S. Morrison of Alexander Krakow + Glick LLP in Santa Monica.
