CALIFORNIA — An individual is suing the Veterans Administration, and DOES 1 through 100, the U.S. government, citing alleged negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that, in September 2015, Margot Millabas suffered extreme pain from having her ear condition untreated. The plaintiff holds the VA, and DOES 1 through 100 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to properly prescribe the correct medicine and apply the proper treatment for plaintiff's ear infection.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks $1,000,000 for general damages, compensatory damages, special and consequential damages, all legal fees and interest and any other relief this court deems just. They are represented by A. Nathaniel Bortz of Layfield & Barrett, APC in Irvine.
