Labor groups seek audit of The Brock Co.

LOS ANGELES – A labor group is seeking an audit of a Southern California construction company's records per an agreement between the parties.

Carpenters Southwest Administrative Corp. and board of trustees for the Carpenters Southwest Trusts filed a complaint on Oct. 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Clinton Jeffrey Brock, individually and doing business as The Brock Co., and Does 1 through 10 citing the Labor-Management Relations Act and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs seek an audit of the defendants' records from September 2013 to September 2014.

The plaintiffs seek an order for the defendants to submit a completion of an audit of records, contributions according to proof, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. They are represented by Jodi Siegner of DeCarlo & Shanley in Los Angeles.
