MyBusinessLoan.com alleges it is owed more than $80,000 for loan

SAN DIEGO – A Carlsbad lending company alleges a Connecticut business and individual failed to pay back a loan.

MyBusinessLoan.com LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 31 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California against John Printup DDS PC and John Printup Jr. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 4, it entered into a loan contract allowing the defendants to borrow principal sum of $90,000 under loan term agreement of 36 months to pay with an interest rate of 20 percent per annum. The suit states that the defendants ceased making payments on the loan, with an amount of $84,993.79 that remains unpaid to date.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in its favor, damages in an amount of at least $84,993.79, interest, attorneys’ fees, costs of suit and further relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Matthew J. Eandi of Eandi Law Group APC in Los Angeles.
