Los Angeles County resident alleged to owe more than $2,000 on student loan

LOS ANGELES – A Los Angeles County woman is alleged to have defaulted on a student loan.

United States of America filed a complaint on Nov. 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Jessica Lee, also known as Jessica V. Lee, alleging that the individual failed to settle her debt with the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Lee failed to pay the principal amount plus interest of her debt.

The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $2,807.40 plus interest of $3,470.57, with interest accruing thereafter at 3.43 percent, and all legal fees. It is represented by Jacquelyne M. Nguyen and Kseniya Y. Stupack of the Law Offices of Jacquelyne M. Nguyen in Costa Mesa.
