LOS ANGELES – A Marina Del Rey resident alleges an individual and a law firm
failed to disclose their lack of experience regarding foreclosure cases.
Liz Banks filed a complaint on Nov. 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against
Alan Eighmey, Strategic Legal Group LLC and Does 1-10 citing the federal rules of civil procedure.
