LOS ANGELES – An Illinois man alleges he was injured because of a bay leaf left in a dish.

Michael Mariani and Yvonne Mariani filed a complaint on Nov. 17 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Princess Cruise Lines LTD and Does 1-10 alleging negligence.
