CALIFORNIA — A former VP is suing Environscent, Inc., an employer, citing alleged unpaid wages and violation of workers compensation acts.

Brian Staudenmaier filed a complaint on Dec. 16, in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Environscent, Inc. alleging that the employer failed pay fair wages and compensation to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered damages from not being paid commissions. The plaintiff holds Environscent, Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to reimburse the plaintiff or pay him any wages for performing his duties at work.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks commissions, bonus and unpaid wages, unreimbursed expenses, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. He is represented by Robert S. Aaron of Aaron & Wilson, LLP in Oakland.
