LOS ANGELES – An Ojai photographer claims a Pasadena company used her photo to promote its business without her authorization.
Lisa Corson filed a complaint on Dec. 27 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against
Home as Art Inc. doing business as Deasy/Penner & Partners,
alleging copyright infringement.
