Viacom alleges MGA Entertainment owes it for airing Little Tikes advertisements

LOS ANGELES – A Los Angeles company is accused of not paying for advertisements broadcasted on a company s networks.

Viacom International Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 29 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, Western Division against MGA Entertainment Inc. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages to its business. The plaintiff holds MGA Entertainment Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly breached its contractual agreement with the plaintiff by not paying them for Little Tikes advertisements broadcasted on VH1 and Country Music Television in 2015. The plaintiff alleges the defendant was required to pay more than $200,000.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Richard B. Kendall, Randall L. Jackson and Nary Kim of Kendall Brill & Kelly LLP in Los Angeles.
