LOS ANGELES – Two California individuals allege they were injured in an
all-terrain vehicle accident because the driver was negligent.
Carla Blackmore and Robert Blackmore filed a complaint on Dec. 27 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against
G. Brent Larson, Janet Larson and Does 1 through 10
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they were passengers in an all-terrain vehicle driven by G. Brent Larson on Dec. 27, 2014, in Nevada. The suit states that G. Brent Larson drove the ATV too fast up a hill and that the vehicle lost contact with the ground and crashed, causing injuries to the plaintiffs. The plaintiffs hold G. Brent Larson, Janet Larson and Does 1 through 10 responsible because
G. Brent Larson
allegedly disregarded the safety warnings of the ATV during operation.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek special damages, general damages, property damages, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. They are represented by Marc Grossman and Bruce Van Malkenhorst Jr. of Law Offices of Marc E. Grossman in Upland.
