LOS ANGELES – A Glendale business is being accused of unlawfully using an Illinois company's trademarked drums.

R.R. Street & Co. Inc. filed a complaint on Jan. 9 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Mr. Hangers Ex. Inc., Marine Mekikian, Armen Mekikian and Does 1 through 10 alleging trademark infringement and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it manufactures solvents used in the dry cleaning process. The plaintiff holds Mr. Hangers Ex. Inc., Marine Mekikian, Armen Mekikian and Does 1 through 10 responsible because the defendants allegedly markets and sells the plaintiff's drums that have been refilled with another solvent fluid.
