Unical Aviation Inc. alleged to owe more than $7 million for aircraft parts

LOS ANGELES – An Industry business is accused of not paying a Chinese company for aircraft parts.

China Cargo Airlines LTD filed a complaint on Jan. 30 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Unical Aviation Inc. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages to its company. The plaintiff holds Unical Aviation Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly breached its contractual agreement with the plaintiff by failing to pay it for the parts it delivered despite agreeing to the said agreement.

The plaintiff seeks compensatory damages of no less than $7,085,249, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Leodis C. Matthews and Dick P. Sindicich Jr. of Zhong Lun Law Firm LLP in Los Angeles.
