LOS ANGELES – An independent production studio alleges two Australian individuals are unlawfully using its photos and stalking its employees.

Thunder Studios Inc. filed a complaint on Feb. 2 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Charif Kazal Tony Kazal and Does 1 to 100 alleging copyright infringement and stalking.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it has suffered damages to its business and that the defendants are stalking it and its employees.
