C-Suite Media Inc. accuses C-Suite Network, others of trademark infringement

LOS ANGELES – A Woodland Hills developer of business and luxury lifestyle brands alleges a competitor is unlawfully using its mark.

C-Suite Media Inc. filed a complaint on March 16 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against C-Suite Network, C-Suite Holdings LLC, C-Suite Holdings Inc., C-Suite Investor Council LLC, Jeffrey Hayzlett, Thomas White and Karl Post alleging trademark infringement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages to its business. The plaintiff holds C-Suite Network, C-Suite Holdings LLC, C-Suite Holdings Inc., C-Suite Investor Council LLC, Hayzlett, White and Post responsible because the defendants allegedly attempted to compete with plaintiff by using a similar trademark as plaintiff to advertise their products and services.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks enjoin the defendants, order for the destruction of all infringing materials, damages, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Steven C. Sereboff of SoCal IP Law Group LLP in Westlake Village.
