MSB Principals II LLC, individual accused of breaching contract

SAN FRANCISCO – A San Francisco limited liability company alleges that it is owed more than $600,000.

MSB Real Property Fund V LLC filed a complaint on March 27 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against MSB Principals II LLC, Kenneth A. Baber and Does 1 through 10 alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages from having its fund not returned to it. The plaintiff holds MSB Principals II LLC, Kenneth A. Baber and Does 1 through 10 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the monetary amount owed to the plaintiff based on their agreement.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages in the amount of $604,017, interest, all legal fees, and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Mark E. McKeen and Mandy Chan of DLA Piper LLP (US) in San Francisco.
