SAN FRANCISCO – A designer of eyewear and frames alleges a former representative failed to return its property after terminating his contract.

Face a Face Inc. filed a complaint on March 27 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Christophe Muszynski and Does 1 through 10 alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the defendant became an independent sales representative for the plaintiff in 2005, which the defendant terminated in January. The suit states that the terms of the agreement between the parties states that all of the plaintiff's property in the defendant's possession must be returned immediately upon termination.

The plaintiff holds Muszynski and Does 1 through 10 responsible because Muszynski allegedly refused to return all of plaintiff's property.

The plaintiff seeks compensatory damages no less than $100,000, special damages, punitive damages, interest, all legal fees, and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Edward J. Wright Jr. and Boryana Arsova of Martensen Wright PC in Sacramento.
