Cavalry SPV I alleges Home Design credit account was not paid in full

Late 07

SAN FRANCISCO – A Mountain View man is alleged to have failed to pay a credit card account.

Cavalry SPV I LLC as assignee of Synchrony Bank, formerly known as GE Capital Retail Bank, filed a complaint on March 28 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against John Orbeta, also known as John H. Orbeta, and Does 1 to 10 alleging that they failed to settle their debt to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, Synchrony Bank issued a Home Design credit card to Orbeta and the account was later assigned to the plaintiff. The plaintiff holds Orbeta and Does 1 to 10 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the charge off credit to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks principal damages of $1,118, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Casey M. Jensen, et al. of Winn Law Group APC in Fullerton.
