SAN FRANCISCO – A San Francisco attorney is seeking the court's judgment regarding claims to a property from two individuals and a company.

Thomas Huster filed a complaint in interpleader on March 30 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Praetor Trading Inc., David Yang, Michael Joseph Chen and Does 1 to 10.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he provided legal representation to Praetor and Chen in a legal matter in 2014 that involved a wage garnishment. In 2015, the suit states that all of the defendants authorized payment by the plaintiff of the garnishment proceeds directly to Praetor, which he complied. The plaintiff alleges Chen instructed the plaintiff to stop sending the payments as he had not been receiving a share of them.

The plaintiff seeks order for the defendants to interplead and litigate their claims to the property, injunction and restrain the defendants, all legal fees, discharge the plaintiff from any and all liability to the defendants, and any other relief as the court deems just. He is representing himself.
