SAN FRANCISCO – A San Francisco County man is alleged to have failed to pay an education loan.
Jefferson Capital Systems LLC filed a complaint on March 28 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Jayson C. Hill alleging that the individual failed to settle his debt with the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, SLM Education Credit Finance Corp. granted the defendant a loan that was later transferred to the plaintiff. The plaintiff holds Hill responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the total amount of his debt plus additional charges.
The plaintiff seeks damages in the sum of $37,109.08, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Angie Hong Hoar in Golden, Colorado.
