Jag Trucking Inc. alleges carrier failed to deliver cargo

Contract 04

FRESNO – A Fresno County trucking brokerage alleges a trucking carrier failed to deliver a cargo load as contracted.

The plaintiff seeks compensatory damages of $2,900, consequential damages of $79,912, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Sarwinder Singh Dhanjan of SSD Law Firm P.C. in Fresno.
