Law money 09

SAN FRANCISCO – A commercial door and wall installation systems installer alleges that it was not paid for services it performed on a project.

United California Glass & Door filed a complaint on April 3 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Ernst & Young, Victoria Kim and Does 1-25 alleging fraud and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it was hired as a subcontractor for the Turner Construction Co. and that Kim was the project manager for Ernest & Young for the project. The plaintiff holds Ernst & Young, Victoria Kim and Does 1-25 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff for its work.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensatory damages, punitive damages, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. It is represented by Kenneth Frucht and Frederick J. Geonetta of Geonetta & Frucht LLP in Oakland.
