SAN FRANCISCO – A debt collector alleges it is owed more than $13,000.
Northern California Collection Service Inc. filed a complaint on April 3 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Serenethos LLC and Does 1 through 10 alleging open book.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff was assigned the right, title and interest to the defendants' account from Commercial Coverage Insurance. The plaintiff holds Serenethos LLC and Does 1 through 10 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to settle their debt with the plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $13,666.10 and $718.08 interest, plus interest at the rate of 10 percent per annum, attorney fees of $1,200, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. It is represented by Steven D. Cribb of Steven D. Cribb Attorney at Law in Sacramento.
