SAN FRANCISCO – An insurance company alleges it is owed more than $35,000.
RLI Insurance Co. filed a complaint on March 30 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Jordan Harrison Insurance Brokers Inc., Jeffrey L. Dickow and Does 1 through 20 alleging that they failed to settle their debt with the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages due to not being paid for the goods/services it provided to the defendants. The plaintiff holds Jordan Harrison Insurance Brokers Inc., Dickow and Does 1 through 20 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay their debt despite plaintiff's demands.
The plaintiff seeks amount of $37,632.11 plus interest at the rate of 10 percent per year, and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Lorna Walker of Sweet & Walker P.C. in Daly City.
