SAN FRANCISCO – A corporation alleges it was not paid for goods it provided to an individual.
Align Technology Inc. filed a complaint on April 4 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Reza Sanjar and Does 1 through X alleging failure to pay.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it provided goods, wares and merchandise to the defendants and that it was not paid.
The plaintiff seeks damages, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by David J. Cook of Cook Collection Attorneys in San Francisco.
