SAN FRANCISCO – An entity alleges that it is owed for goods it delivered.
Align Technology Inc. filed a complaint on April 4 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Sumbul Naqvi and Does I through X alleging failure to pay.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges Naqvi and Does I through X breached their contractual agreement by failing to pay the plaintiff for the purchase of goods, wares or merchandise. The suit states the amount sought is $8,690.
The plaintiff seeks damages, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by David J. Cook of Cook Collection Attorneys in San Francisco.
