Sales representative alleges AT&T Mobility Services wrongfully terminated her

FRESNO – A Fresno County woman alleges she was wrongfully terminated.

Stephanie Mariscal filed a complaint on April 14 in the Fresno County Superior Court against AT&T Mobility Services LLC and Does 1-50 alleging wrongful termination, disability discrimination and other counts

According to the complaint, the plaintiff was hired by the defendant in 2010 as a sales representative at a Fresno location. She alleges that she was harassed and subjected to inappropriate comments from a regional manager, which she reported. The suit states she was terminated in November 2015.

The plaintiff holds AT&T Mobility Services LLC and Does 1-50 responsible because the defendants allegedly intentionally or recklessly subjected the plaintiff to emotional distress.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks reinstatement, compensatory damages, back pay, front pay, interest, special damages, general damages, punitive damages, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. She is represented by Michael J.F. Smith and John L. Migliazzo of Michael J.F. Smith in Fresno.
