Allstate Northbrook Indemnity Co. seeks more than $37,000 from driver

SAN FRANCISCO – An insurance provider is seeking more than $37,000 from a San Francisco individual for subrogration.

Allstate Northbrook Indemnity Co. filed a complaint on April 6 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Aaron Tanner and Does 1-10 seeking subrogation.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 26, 2015, plaintiff's insured vehicle was rear-ended by defendants' vehicle. As a result, plaintiff made payments under the insured's policy for the repair of the property and medical expenses in the sum of $37,002.33. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages in the amount of $37,002.33, costs of this action and such other just and proper relief. It is represented by Lee M. Mendelson and Marc A. Schwarz of Mendelson Goldman & Schwarz APC in Sherman Oaks.
