FRESNO – A Fresno County woman alleges she was injured in a collision in the city.
Khamfong Sophamixay filed a complaint on April 21 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Glen S. Westersund, Karen L. Westersund and Does 1-10, alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 14, 2015, plaintiff was a passenger in a car traveling on Belmont Avenue in Fresno when Glen Westersund pulled in front of the vehicle the plaintiff was riding in, causing in unavoidable collision. The suit states Westersund was determined to be at fault. The plaintiff alleges she suffered physical injuries, pain and medical expenses.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for general and special damages, costs of suit, disbursements incurred, and for such and further relief as the court deems just and proper. She is represented by Mark A. Vogt of Fowler Helsel Vogt in Fresno.
