SAN FRANCISCO – A San Francisco individual claims he ordered and paid for wine that wasn't delivered.
Evan Krow filed a complaint on April 7 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Saul Gevertz and Does 1 through 20 alleging breach of contract, negligence and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff and the defendants entered into a contract from 2010 to 2014 for the purchase and delivery of wine. The plaintiff holds Gevertz and Does 1 through 20 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to deliver and tender the wine that the plaintiff paid for on July 29, 2015.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks general damages, special damages, punitive damages, all legal fees, interest and other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by John Fitzpatrick Vannucci of Law Offices of John Fitzpatrick Vannucci in San Francisco.
