Woman alleges she was injured by dog

SAN FRANCISCO – A woman alleges she was injured near Josiah Avenue in San Francisco because of a dog.

Leha Yen filed a complaint on April 7 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Melinda Maximova, Melinda Johnson, Richard Johnson and Does 1-100 citing premises liability.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 7, 2016, she suffered physical injuries that needed medical care because of the defendants' dog. The plaintiff holds Maximova, Melinda Johnson, Richard Johnson and Does 1-100 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to properly contain their dog.

The plaintiff seeks damages, medical expenses, all legal fees, special damages and other relief as the court deems just. She is represented by Hien D. Doan of Hien D. Doan in Oakland.
