Law money 01

SAN FRANCISCO – An Oakland individual formerly employed for a biogas products company as its chief executive officer alleges he was not paid all of his wages upon his termination.

Michael Schuppenhauer filed a complaint on April 11 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Farmatic Inc., Farmatic Anlagenbau GmbH, FFE Solutions BmbH, and Does 1 through 50 citing breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he employed as CEO for Farmatic from October 2011 to May 2016. The plaintiff holds Farmatic Inc., Farmatic Anlagenbau GmbH, FFE Solutions BmbH; and Does 1 through 50 responsible because the defendants allegedly terminated plaintiff's employment but failed to pay him all wages owed to him plus interest. He alleges he is still owed $284,469.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages, all legal fees, interest exemplary and punitive damages and any other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Rod Divelbiss of JRA Law Partners LLP in San Francisco.
