SAN FRANCISCO – Two Uber users allege they were injured when their driver collided with another vehicle.
Robert Robinson and Ruth Robinson filed a complaint on April 10 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Uber Technologies Inc., Rasier LLC; Rasier-Ca LLC, Baher Tamim and Does 1-40 alleging negligence and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on March 13, 2016, the plaintiffs requested a ride through the Uber app and Tamim responded to the request. The suit states that Tamim negligently collided with a car stopped at a red light near 1010 Post St. in San Francisco. They allege they were injured.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek special damages, general damages, economic damages, noneconomic damages, all legal fees, interest and any other relief as the court deems just. They are represented by Bryan W. Vereschagin of Vereschagin Law Firm PC in San Francisco.
