SAN FRANCISCO – A recruiter alleges it was not paid for its services.
Specialist Staffing Solutions Inc., doing business as Real Staffing Group, filed a complaint on April 19 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Specific Technologies LLC alleging breach of contract and other counts.
According to the complaint, the defendant engaged the plaintiff to place candidates for a fee of each candidates' anticipated first year's salary or $30,000, whichever is greater. The plaintiff holds Specific Technologies LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff the fees for placing a candidate in 2016.
The plaintiff seeks actual damages in the amount of $54,000, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Tammara N. Bokmuller of Morris Polich & Purdy LLP in San Diego.
