SAN FRANCISCO – A Daly City man alleges he was injured in a collision with an Oakland resident in San Francisco.
Jose Marie Philippe Valeriano filed a complaint on April 19 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against the Fikru Tedla and Does 1 through 20 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 29, 2015, he suffered physical damages from being involved in a vehicular accident with the defendant. The plaintiff holds Tedla and Does 1 through 20 responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a proper look out while operating his vehicle.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks general damages, economic damages, medical expenses, all legal fees, interest and any other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Marcos D. Gonzales and Ryan Harris of Harris Personal Injury lawyers in San Jose.
