SAN FRANCISCO – A California corporation is seeking more than $6,000 it alleges it is owed by an individual.
Align Technology Inc. filed a complaint on April 18 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Kevin Hanley and Does 1 through 10 alleging failure to pay.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it delivered goods and products to the defendants. The plaintiff holds Hanley and Does 1 through 10 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed and refused to pay the plaintiff for unpaid goods.
The plaintiff seeks $6,253.70 in damages, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by David J. Cook of Cook Collection Attorneys in San Francisco.
