Index Systems Inc. alleged to have failed to pay rent

SAN FRANCISCO – A Texas corporation alleges it is owed more than $100,000 for rent.

RMG Networks Holdings Inc. filed a complaint on April 18 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Index Systems Inc. and Does 1 through 20 alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff and defendants entered into a sublease on a San Francisco property in October 2013. The suit states the defendants moved out in December 2016 and failed to pay rent on Jan. 1.

The plaintiff seeks consequential and incidental damages in the amount of $118,710, late payment and other related expenses, all legal fees, interest and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Johnny Yeh and Christopher Wimmer of Emergent LLP in San Francisco.
