SAN FRANCISCO – State Farm alleges it had to pay more than $11,000 in damages after an auto accident in San Francisco.

State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. filed a complaint on April 17 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Wael Saleh citing subrogation.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 4, 2015, its insured Allison Smith suffered property damages when Saleh collided with her vehicle at the intersection of 17th Street and Roosevelt Way in San Francisco.

The plaintiff holds Saleh responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the full amount of damages sustained by Smith.

The plaintiff seeks property damages of $11,568.06, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. It is represented by Susan M. Benson of Benson Legal APC in Encino.
