Farmers Insurance Exchange seeks $5,207.97 from driver for collision damages

SAN FRANCISCO – An insurance company claims it is owed more than $5,000 from a driver after a collision in San Francisco.

Farmers Insurance Exchange filed a complaint on April 17 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Marco Cesar Casillas-Rivera and Does 1 through 5 seeking damages.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 6, 2015, its insured An-Fu Huang suffered damages after a collision with Casillas-Rivera on the 101 Freeway in San Francisco. The plaintiff alleges it paid Huang $5,207.97 and that the defendants have failed to pay that amount to it.

The plaintiff seeks property damages of $5,207.97, all legal fees, interest and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Susan M. Benson of Benson Legal APC in Encino.
