Suit filed against CEO of Transfinity Group over allegedly unpaid funds

SAN FRANCISCO – An individual claims that the founder and CEO of the Transfinity Group owes him money.

Carl A. Wescott filed a complaint on April 17 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against John Fields alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he did some work in the past for the defendant and also invested in the defendant's entities. The plaintiff holds Fields responsible because the defendant allegedly breached their contractual agreement by not paying the plaintiff in full, plus interest.

The plaintiff seeks amount of more than $25,000 for compensatory and punitive damages, all legal fees, and any other relief as this court deems just. He is representing himself.
