Motorist seeks damages for alleged injuries after rear-end collision in Fresno County

FRESNO – A man alleges injuries after he was rear-ended by a Squaw Valley resident in Fresno County.

Kevin Lindsey Gair filed a complaint on May 4 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Bailey Opal Stockwell, Tammy Stockwell and Does 1-10 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 28, 2015, he sustained personal injuries and property damage due to a vehicular accident negligently caused by Bailey Opal Stockwell on state Route 180. 

Plaintiff alleges he was caused to suffer great mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering and incurred medical expenses. The plaintiff holds Bailey Opal Stockwell, Tammy Stockwell and Does 1-10 responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently operated their vehicle and caused it to struck plaintiff's vehicle.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks general damages, prejudgment interest, costs of this action and such other just and proper relief. He is represented by Lawrence J. Moss in Los Angeles.
