FRESNO – A collection agency is seeking more than $30,000 from a Verdugo City business.

Creditors Adjustment Bureau Inc. filed a complaint on May 5 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Garo Joulfayan, doing business as Hi-Tech Electric, and Does 1-10 alleging open book account, breach of contract and other accounts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges the defendants became indebted to Walters Wholesale Electric. Although payment has been demanded, the sum of $34,239.85 allegedly remains due and owing. 

The plaintiff holds Joulfayan and Does 1-10 responsible because the defendants allegedly refused to make payments for the said amount.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants in the amount of $34,239.85, attorney's fees and costs and all other just and proper relief. He is represented by Kenneth J. Reed and David E. Weeks of Law Office of Kenneth J. Reed in Sherman Oaks.
