SAN FRANCISCO – A San Francisco corporation alleges that it has been wrongfully accused of infringing two patents.

Riverbed Technology Inc. filed a complaint on June 2 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Realtime Data LLC, doing business as IXO, seeking declaratory judgment of patent noninfringement.

According to the complaint, the defendant has accused the plaintiff of infringing patents '204 and '438. The plaintiff alleges that it does not infringe these patents.

The plaintiff seeks declaration that the plaintiff does not infringe any of the defendant's patents, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Jennifer M. Lantz of Haynes and Boone LLP in Palo Alto.
