Authentic Brothers Towing Inc. alleged to have failed to pay employees minimum wage

LOS ANGELES – An Orange County business is alleged to have violated federal labor law with its practices.

Secretary of Labor for the U.S. Department of Labor .R. Alexander Acosta filed a complaint on May 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Authentic Brothers Towing Inc., Francisco Vasquez and Judith Vasquez alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendants allegedly failed to pay minimum and overtime wages to their employees and failed to keep accurate records of their employees.

The plaintiff seeks to enjoin the defendants, all legal fees, and any other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Charles Song of United States Department of Labor in Los Angeles.
